We offer several alternative ways for our customers and parthners, first option is to order a completely custom project, based on sketches and desires.
Another way is to choose an existing project, and modify it according to customer requirments.
For each way, we offer very affodable pricing of 6-8USD per square meter of object, based on amount of required modifications, usial project can be completed in a few weeks or less.
Customer receive:
- 3D-model and visuals.
- Facades.
- Plans for each floor.
- Bill of materials.
- Walls specifications.
- Beams specification.
- Truss and roofing system plans.
- Logs specification and mapping.
Finished project is handed to customer in PDF format, additional a hard copies negotiable.
Customer, on signing a contract to order a construction material from us, will be refunded with complete cost of the design.
